New Roscigno CookbookDear Roscignoli Nel Mondo e Amici. The Roscigno Vecchia Foundation is compiling recipes for our first cook book of the Roscigno Campania area. We will be giving the cook book away with tax free donations to the foundation. I would like any and all recipes that your family has been using over the years. Since our ancestors didn’t write down recipes you will need to look for your grandmother or mothers old recipe book. No recipe will be turned down so send what you find and I will retype it. I would like recipes for everything including making wine and Lemonechillo. You can mail, Fax, or e-mail it to me and I will give you credit for the recipe in the book. Keep in mind that if your family is from any of the surrounding villages, saving Roscigno will help save the region and create tourism. Thank you in advance for taking the time to help us save the old village.
